Founded in 1961, Thompson Realty is a family owned and operated business.  We take a very real and personal interest in the success of the many associations, neighborhoods, apartments and commercial properties that we manage.  We take pride in our extensive background, experience and knowledge of the administrative, financial and operative areas of association management.

Thompson Realty provides management services to more than fifty associations throughout Atlantic County.  Our properties include condominiums, homeowners associations, commercial properties and apartment buildings.  Our services can be customized to serve your specific management needs.  Thompson Realty strives to be a long term, committed and respected partner with your association.

From routine issues to emergency situations, we will work diligently to find the best possible solution to whatever situation arises.  We will manage the day to day operations of your association alongside the appropriate Board, owner or Co-Operative.

 The office staff includes Administrative Assistants as well as employees who specialize in Bookkeeping and Data Entry.   In the field we have three full time Maintenance Supervisors to oversee the properties under our management.
